Pumpkin French Toast Sticks

Ingredients:

- 2 -3 pieces of toast

- 1/2 cup plant based milk (I like soy or almond) (125ml)

- 1/4 cup pumkin purée (~60g)

- 1 tsp chia seeds

- 1/2 tsp vanilla

- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

- a bit of vegan butter or coconut oil for the pan

Frosting:

- 2 tbsp vegan cream cheese

- 2 tsbp vegan yogurt

- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
