Ingredients:

- 1 frozen banana

- 1 persimmon

- 2-3 dates

- 1/2 cup frozen spinach or kale (~50g)

- 1 tsp chia seeds

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 1 cup plant based milk (more for a thinner consistency) (250ml)

- toppings of your choice
