Liquid 1, in the pot:

1 ½ cup non-dairy milk (375ml)

1 cup vegan cream (250ml)

2 ½ tsp vanilla

2 tbsp coconut oil solid

2 tbsp vegan butter, solid

¼ cup maple syrup or agave (60ml)

Liquid 2:

5 tbsp cornstarch

½ cup non-dairy milk (125ml)

a generous pinch of salt
