~ 125g short cut pasta (chickpea pasta in my case) (4.4oz)
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp oil 3-5 handfuls of fresh spinach
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 ½ tbsp cashew butter
¼ cup + 1 tbsp oat milk (60ml + 1 tbsp)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast
the juice of ½ lemon
1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar
