Loaded Veggie Pizza

store bought pizza dough for 1 pizza (if you wanna make your own: https://bit.ly/2LwyU0B)

¼ cup marinara sauce (60ml) (or more if you want)

1-2 peppers, chopped

a handful of mushrooms, chopped

a handful of snap peas

1 onion, roughly chopped

1-2 tsp olive oil

sea salt

fresh thyme, oregano, parsley etc

2 tbsp unsweetened thick vegan yogurt

1 pinch of salt

1 squeeze of lemon juice

(or sub with 2 tbsp cashew cream or vegan cream cheese)

*cashew cream = ½ cup cashews boiled in water for an hour + ¼ tsp salt + 1 tbsp lemon juice blended in a food processor
