Ingredients:
- 100 g rice noodles (3,5 oz)
- ½ cup peas, frozen
- a handful of greens
- a handful of parsley, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
For the dressing:
- 2 Tbsp hummus
- 1 tsp tahini
- juice of 1 lemon
- tamari to taste
- additional spices if ya like
