Mushroom Teriyaki Bowls

→ serves 4 bowls

Ingredients:

- 250g cremini mushrooms = 8,8 oz

- 1 clove garlic

- 1 tsp minced ginger

- juice of half a lemon

- ¼ cup tamari

- ⅓ cup water

- 2 tsp cornstarch + 1 ½ tbsp water

- 2 ½ tbsp raw sugar

- 1 tsp oil to sear the mushrooms

For the bowls:

- grain of choice (rice, bulgur, rice noodles…)

- greens

- avocado

- cucumber

- hummus

- lime juice

- sesame seeds

- spring onion
