½ cup small cut oats (45g)

a pinch of salt

1 tbsp maple, agave, date, rice syrup

1 heaping tbsp natural peanut butter

vegan yogurt of choice (about a tbsp per cookie)

toppings: berries, chocolate chips, nuts, seeds, chopped dates …

→ yields 3-4 cookies
