Carrot Cake Porridge

for the porridge:

½ cup small cut oats (45g)

pinch of salt

⅓ tsp cinnamon

1 small carrot, grated

1 handful walnuts, chopped

raisins

1 tsp agave + 1 tsp for the topping

2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce

1 cup non dairy milk (250ml)

optional but recommended: a squeeze of fresh lemon juice

topping ideas:

apple, extra cinnamon, walnuts, vegan cream cheese
