1 big block of firm tofu (300g) (10.6 oz)

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 ½ tbsp flour

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp kala namak (black salt)

1 tsp turmeric

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

½ cup non dairy milk (125ml)
