1-3 soft dates

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp gingerbread spice or pumpkin pie spice

2 tbsp oats

1-2 tsp plum jam

1 frozen banana OR ½ cup frozen mango

1 cup non dairy milk (250ml)
