Homemade Spelt Bread with Almond Cashew Butter

#1 Vegan Whole Wheat Spelt Bread

1 cup spelt flour (125g)

2 ⅔ cups whole wheat flour (350g)

1 ½ tsp salt

1 ¼ cups water (310ml)

2 ½ tbsp chia seeds

1 packet active dry yeast

1-2 tsp agave

1-2 tsp olive oil

*Bake at 180 C *Loaf Pan → 20-25 cm long, mine was 30 min

#2 Almond Cashew Butter

⅔ cup cashews, soaked in water overnight (100g)

⅓ cup almonds, soaked in water overnight (33g)

a pinch of salt

juice ½ lemon

1 tbsp agave, optional
