Nutty White Bean Spread
aka Almost Vegan Cream Cheese:
- ¼ cup almonds, whole (25g)
- ¼ cup cashews, whole (30g)
- 1 can white beans, drained
- 2 tbsp vegan yogurt, plain
- a handful of fresh parsley + more greens/herbs if you like
- juice of ½ lemon
- black pepper salt to taste (I used ⅓ tsp)
