The Ultimate List of Green Smoothies

→ All of these green smoothies yield 1 large or 2 regular/smaller sized servings

SMOOTHIE #1

  • 2-4 dates, pitted

  • 1 cup pineapple, frozen (150g)

  • juice of ½ lemon

  • 1-2 handful of fresh baby spinach

  • a handful of ice

SMOOTHIE #2

  • 2-3 bananas, frozen

  • 2-5 dates (depends on your preferred level of sweetness)

  • 1 tsp green powder of choice (matcha, spinach powder, barley juice grass powder)

  • a handful of ice

  • 2 tbsp oats

  • 1 cup light coconut milk (250ml)

SMOOTHIE #3

  • 1 mango

  • 1 orange

  • ½ cup vegan yogurt (125ml)

  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach

  • 1 tsp chia seeds a handful of ice

SMOOTHIE #4

  • 2 bananas, frozen

  • ½ cup pineapple, frozen (75g)

  • ⅓ cup peas, frozen (50g)

  • a handful of fresh spinach

  • 1 tsp flax seeds

  • 1 cup water (250ml)
