High Protein Blackberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas 2-3 dates, soaked in water for 15-20 min (or even overnight)
- 1 cup blackberries, frozen (150g)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp hemp powder
- 2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
- 2 Tbsp vegan yogurt 1 cup plant milk (250ml)
- Topping ideas: berries, poppy seeds, vegan yogurt, mint if you're feeling fancy
