Blue Lemon Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients:

- 2-3 ripe, frozen bananas

- juice of ½ lemon

- zest of ½ lemon

- ½ tsp vanilla

- ½ cup vegan yogurt (120g)

- ¼ cup plant milk (60ml)

- 1-2 tsp spirulina powder (optional, but it won’t be blue then obvs)

- Topping ideas: blueberries, chia seeds, hazelnuts
