Super Simple Granola For One

ingredients:

½ cup small cut oats (45g)

a pinch of salt

1 tbsp maple, agave, date, rice syrup

1 tbsp melted coconut oil

*keep an eye on it during the last few minutes of baking

*let it cool fully so it can crisp up

serve with non dairy milk, yogurt, add to your bowl of müsli or top your smoothie bowl with it :)
