Harry Potter Recipes: Sage + Onion Pumpkin Pasties

→ makes ~ 12 pasties depending on the size

1 ½ cups spelt flour (180g)

¼ tsp salt

1 tbsp raw sugar

3-4 tbsp non dairy milk, cold

½ cup vegan butter, cold (100g)

→ sub with store bought vegan pie crust or puff pastry

1 cup roasted or canned pumpkin (150g)

2 onions, cut into rings

½ tsp sage, dried

½ tsp thyme, dried

½ tsp salt (or to taste)

½ tsp lemon zest

juice of ½ lemon

1 tsp olive oil for the skillet
