BBQ & Pesto Hummus

GUYS IT IS TIME for more lazy vegan snacks! This video features milkshake - smoothies, protein filled cookie bites, cheesy hummus dips and a lazy summer-y dessert which reminds me of an ice cream Sundae. Simple and more or less healthy after school vegan snack ideas. Hope you enjoy!!

Ingredients:

BBQ Hummus:

- 1 tbsp hummus, plain

- a squeeze of lemon juice (~1 tbsp)

- 1 tsp BBQ sauce

- ¼ tsp smoked paprika powder

- bell pepper

- cucumber

Pesto Hummus:

- 1 tbsp hummus, plain

- a squeeze of lemon juice (~1 tbsp)

- 1 tsp vegan pesto

- 1 tsp nutritional yeast

- bread of choice

Notes: serve on bread or with tortilla chips
