Iced Chai Latte

For the chai mix:

2 cinnamon sticks (or ¾ tsp ground)

1 tsp cloves, whole (or ½ tsp ground ½ tsp allspice, whole (or ¼ tsp ground)

½ tsp anise, whole  (or ½ tsp ground)

a pinch of black pepper

a pinch of nutmeg

2 cups water (500ml)

1 black tea bag

2 tsp agave

½ tsp vanilla, optional

ice

½ cup non dairy milk (125ml)

(I used ¼ cup non dairy milk + 1 tbsp vegan cream per serving)

*the recipe for the chai mix can easily be doubled to make 1 litre. Use 2 tea bags. You don't have to use double the amount of spices you can also just let spices sit in the tea for longer, up to a few hours or even overnight. :) just don't let the tea bags sit for that long otherwise it'll get super bitter.
