Pretzel Buns with Chocolate Dip

ingredients:

½ cup spelt flour (60g)

¼ cup warm water (60ml)

1 tsp dry active yeast

½ tsp salt

1 ½ tsp sugar + the additional 40g of spelt flour (1/3 cup) you add after the 1 hour of rising!

baking soda solution: 1 tsp baking soda + 1/2 cup water (125ml)

also ¼ cup dark chocolate chips, melted (40g) or vegan chocolate hazelnut spread or anything else you wanna add

tbh as a dessert this is enough for 2 people haha
