Chocolate Chip Rolls for Two

ingredients:

1 cup + 1 tbsp flour (150g)

⅓ tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

3 ½ tbsp aquafaba

3 tbsp raw sugar

⅓ cup + 1 tsp non dairy milk (80 ml + 1 tsp)

2 tsp dry active yeast

2 tbsp melted vegan butter + more for later

more flour for the surface

¼ cup chocolate chips (50g), more if desired

*roll into something like a 15cm x 25cm ‘rectangle’

**once rolled, before you slice it into 4 pieces, it should be about 20cm long

***recently I made this recipe putting the rolls all in one small round casserole dish (around 20cm diameter) so you can do that do, that way they took around 25 minutes in the oven total, so maybe after the 18 min mark check up on them, possibly add some aluminum foil on top so they don't get too dark at the topped and continue baking for a few more minutes
