Harry Potter Recipes: Butterbeer

2 servings:

2 tbsp of vegan caramel sauce*

1 cup non dairy milk (250ml)

¼ cup vegan creamer (60ml)

1 cup of either apple juice, apple cider or malted beer (250ml)*

many recipes use cream soda instead - so maybe that works too?

serve it either at room temp or with vegan whipped cream + cinnamon or cold w/ vegan vanilla ice cream

For the caramel:

½ cup brown or raw sugar (100g)

2 tbsp water

2 ½ tbsp vegan butter

¼ cup vegan creamer (60ml)

a healthy pinch of salt
