Cherry Chocolate Muffins

In today's video I'm sharing some simple, healthy and tasty vegan breakfast ideas! Some easy meals you can prepare the night before, so that in the mornings there's no work to do really.

*makes 12 muffins

Ingredients:

- 3/4 cup oats, small cut (75g)

- 1 cup + 2 1/2 tbsp spelt flour (160g)

- 2 tsp baking powder

- a pinch of salt

- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp cacao, unsweetened (50g)

- 1/2 cup + 1 1/2 Tbsp raw sugar (150g)

- 1 cup + 3 Tbsp plant milk (125ml + 3 Tbsp)

- 1 Tbsp flax seeds

- 4 Tbsp vegan yogurt, unsweetened

- 1/4 cup melted vegan butter/coconut oil (60ml) + more for greasing

- 1/2 tsp vanilla

- 1 cup cherries, frozen (150g)

- optional: chopped nuts, chocolate chips
