Ingredients:

- 4 pieces of toast

- 1-2 tsp vegan butter, optional

For the sauce:

- ⅓ cup potato, raw, cut into cubes (50g)

- ⅓ cup cashews, raw (45g)

- ⅓ cup non dairy milk, unsweetened (80ml)

- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

- a pinch of salt (~¼ tsp)

- 1 heaping tsp Mugi Miso paste
