ingredients:

1 cup non dairy milk

1 chai tea bag (2 for more intense flavour)

¼ cup + 1 tbsp couscous, dry (43g + 1 tbsp)

3 tbsp oats, small cut

1 tsp flax seeds, semi ground

½ tsp cinnamon

pinch of salt

2 tbsp vegan yogurt/mashed banana/unsweetened applesauce

toppings and sweetener of choice
