Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl

preparation:

2 medium sized sweet potatoes, roasted for about 50 min or until tender at 190C, cooled down, peeled, cut into cubes, frozen

for the smoothie:

2-3 handfuls of frozen sweet potato topp

1-2 tsp chia seeds

1 orange

1-3 dates

½ tsp cinnamon

⅓ cup - ½ cup non dairy milk (80ml-125ml) , or more depending on desired consistency

toppings:

granola, almond butter
