Lemon Polenta Porridge

Serves 1-2

Lemon Polenta Porridge:

½ cup polenta, uncooked (80g)

½ tsp lemon zest

½ tsp vanilla 

a generous pinch of salt

2 tsp raw sugar 

1 ¼ cup non-dairy milk (310ml)

A lil bit more for adjusting the consistency 

*Toppings: vegan yogurt, fruit

Warm Berries:

1 cup of frozen berries or cherries (~150g)

¼ cup water (60ml)

sweetener of choice, optional
