Breakfast Apple Cake (Apple Bread)

1 ¼ cups spelt flour (160g)

½ cup whole wheat flour (75g)

1 ½ tsp cinnamon

A pinch of nutmeg

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

⅓ cup + 2 tbsp raw sugar (83g + 1 tbsp)

1 tbsp flax seeds + 3 tbsp water

2 ½ tbsp agave syrup

⅓ cup melted vegan butter and coconut oil ( = about 2 heaping solid tbsp of each) (80ml)

½ cup non dairy milk (125ml)

Juice of ½ lemon

2-3 apples, peeled and cut into chunks

4 tbsp rolled oats
