Avocado Everything-Bagel Carrot Tortillas

→ yields 2 filled tortillas

For the filling:

1 avocado

2-3 carrots

1 tsp oil salt for carrots

3-4 tbsp water, adding

1 tablespoon at a time while the carrots are cooking

To wrap:

2 tortillas

For the ‘bagel seasoning’:

1 tbsp sesame seeds

½ tsp garlic, dried

½ tsp sea salt, more if needed

1 tsp chia seeds

½ tsp onion powder

→ you can add poppy seeds and/or black sesame instead of the chia seeds
