2 cups oats, rolled (180g)

1 cup quick oats (90g)

1 tsp vanilla sugar

½ tsp powdered vanilla

1- 2 cup berries, dried or sub with raisins (100 - 200g)

2-3 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup crunchy granola or healthy cereal (100g)

⅓ cup vegan chocolate chips or cocoa nibs (55g)

more or less, preference optional: extra nuts and seeds
