Lemon Poppy Seed Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp small cut oats (70g)
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp hemp powder
- optional 1/2 cup plant milk (125ml)
- 1/2 cup vegan yogurt (120g)
- zest of 1/2 lemon, organic
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- sweetener to taste (I used 1 1/2 tbsp. maple syrup)
