Lazy Crispy Falafel Wraps

- 1 small red onion

- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed + drained (240g)

- ½ cup oats (45g)

- a pinch of cumin

- 1 tbsp tomato purée

- 1 tsp dried herbs

- a handful of fresh of frozen herbs (basil, parsley …)

- juice ½ lemon

- salt, pepper to taste

- 1 tbsp oil for frying

 

- 4 tortillas

- greens

- hummus

- avocado

- spring onion
