Easy Vegan Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:

For the cinnamon rolls:

- 1/2 cup almond milk (125 ml)

- 1 pack of dry active yeast (7g)

- 1 Tbsp + 1/4 cup raw sugar (1 Tbsp + 50g)

- 2 1/4 cup spelt flour (250g)

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp vanilla

- 1/4 cup melted vegan butter (60 ml)

 

For the filling: (feel free to use more or less)

- a few tbsp almond milk

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1/3 cup raw sugar (60g)

- also some more almond milk or vegan butter for the top

 

For the frosting:

- 1 cup powdered sugar (120g)

- 2-3 tbsp almond milk

- OR just use some natural flavoured vegan yogurt instead
