#1 Strawberry Banana Smoothie - Cereal Bowl:

→ makes 1 bowl

- 2 bananas

- 1 cup frozen strawberries (150g)

- 4-5 heaping tbsp

- vegan yogurt cereal, müsli of choice

- handful of almonds

#2 Leftover Grilled Veggie Salad

- 2 peppers

- 1 onion

- 1 zucchini

- 1-2 spinach, fresh

- 1 tsp coconut oil

- 1 cooked potato, cut into cubes

- salt, pepper to taste + additional spices

- a handful of walnuts

- avocado

- nutritional yeast

- juice of ½ lemon
