Copy of Lazy Vegan Pancakes

Cook: 2-3 min (first side), 3-4 min (second side)

Ingredients:

- 1/2 Cup + 1 tbsp spelt flour (60g + 1 tbsp)

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 2 Tbsp raw sugar

-  1/3 Cup plant milk (80ml)

- 1 tsp apple cider vinager

- 3 tbsp apple sauce (unsweetened) 

- 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)

- 2 tbsp plant milk for better consistency

*you can also freeze these for later!
