Healthy Turmeric Bean Wraps

Ingredients:

- 2 tortillas

- a handful of cherry tomatoes, cut in half

- 1 spring onion, finely chopped

- a handful of fresh basil

- ½ cup kidney beans (90g)

- juice of 1 lime

- salt + pepper to taste, optional

per wrap:

- 1 ½ tbsp hummus

- ⅓ tsp turmeric, ground

- a pinch of black pepper

- greens

- avocado

- sesame seeds

homemade hummus:

- 1 can chickpeas (240g)

- juice of 1 lemon or 1 lime

- 1 tbsp white tahini

- 1 tsp garlic, minced

- a splash of non dairy milk

- salt to taste

- ¼ tsp smoked paprika

-  ½ tsp oregano (use any seasoning you enjoy)
